Can I just say how scary it is that my English DS saved Jambette since DECEMBER only to street pass herself on to my Japan DS this morning in almost APRIL.
This is the post I made after I got Naomi who moved in right where Jambette's house used to be in my English town.

It's just proves to me that I'm never safe from surprise move ins. Especially now that Maple seems to be leaving me without my permission bringing me down to 8 villagers. I really need to pay more attention to my English DS or someone is going to plant their house in a very bad spot.
UGGGHHHH I don't want to turn off street pass cause it's an exciting part of the game but it's a hassle starting a new character every morning to make the check.
