My storage is cluttered, I have items on the ground everywhere and I have nowhere to move houses to in order to terraform how I want; I'm so tired just take this all away from me.

NMT accepted for everything, only exception is the DIY section, see below for details. Prices stated, please don't ask me how much I want for something. If you don't have NMT I'll consider IGB but your offer won't win against someone wanting the same thing for NMT; sorry, I just don't need IGB right now.
