Hazel or Pietro is an auto yes, but you must be able to pick up first and have them already in boxes.
Otherwise, only bell offers, you'll be picking him up in Tromso and paying in Kanin. I will take you to him and you will not touch anything that may be laying around.

Umm this might seem weird but I have Pietro in my in my void. He's not the only vilager voided but the only one of the 5 I've voided I've seen walking on main street. I don't want Stitches but it looks like you want Pietro, I can't guarentee anything but if you want him badly it might be worth a shot
