Depend on your luck; but if you visit someone with RV that allows you to order one, it should take you 1 day if you do TT or few mins if you TT to the next day to receive the order

If you're still relying on using Fortune Cookies, keep in mind that 2 out of the 57 times, you'll get either the white or black New 3DS. This means it'll usually take a while until you receive one of these, or even longer if you have a terrible luck.

Alternatively, use any of the Animal Crossing amiibo figure with Wisp and order a New 3DS from their VR for 3 MEOW coupons. You can also ask someone who owns a Animal Crossing amiibo figure to summon their VR and let you order a New 3DS for 5 MEOW coupons.

I haven't been able to get either the 3DS or Wii U. I have the worst luck, and I honestly could not care less about the Nintendo items from fortune cookies. I don't care for them and just sell them immediately. It's really annoying. I wish we could have gotten them easier.

And no I'm not going to buy Amiibos. I have no money for that, and even if I did, I wouldn't.
