Sterling's House Placement Help

So due to where my current villagers are plotted (all in my way gdi) Sterling can only go to a few areas that I have planned out.


red x means he cannot move there. note: this shows where I want villagers, not where my current ones reside

Being near the train station would have been cool but I can always put Knox there when i move my 4 trains station loving villagers out of the way.

So which place would look good? I am thinking maybe one of the spots on the left side of the map. Though near the tree plaza would be kinda neat

Maybe in the lower rightcorner? It doesn't look like there's really anything there yet. Of course, you may have other plans for that area. Otherwise maybe close to the plaza? Sterling is a villager who really fits your town's theme, so it would be cool if he was the first villager dreamers of your town saw.

The spot next to the plaza is really nice, however, if you want his house on the left side,
how about the place on the bottom left near the campsite? I think that this would also be
a fine spot for his house.

Across the river from the coffee house also looks good, if a house can fit there.

since my town has qr codes everywhere and i only made a few places to plotting, i can only put here where pictured.
but idk maybe near the plaza would be cool. he can guard the plaza xD
