Stepping stone QR

Hello everyone,

A while ago I found on tumblr some qr codes of the stepping stone everyone is using in combination with lucky clovers. There were also matching qr codes for spring, winter, autumn, summer, dirt, etc.
I'm not able to find them anymore (I'm not that good in tumblr)

If someone knows what I mean, can you please post the qr here??

Snow Stepping Stone

That's the other one that's similar to the first stepping stone. I'm not sure there is a fall or spring one though. Well, I can't seem to find any. I did find a tutorial to make the stone, so you can change the path colors yourself instead of using a qr code. Clickety

Both still don't match my grass, but I will try to make a matching one myself!
