Haha! Yes I am a serious hoarder but have been trying to stop. I've got a dozen carpets not in use, shirts I don't really like and furniture I tell myself I'll use eventually. I seriously just have to sell them already.

Don't saplings generally go for around 50k each though? So it would be roughly 450k for 9 cedar saplings. & the lovely phone is unorderable - i unfortunately don't know how much IG bells they go for. So how about let me catalog & only give 200K IG bells?​
