Static: yay or nay?

My town needs a cranky and I'm thinking of Static (my friend got him in boxes already so I'll be able to pick him up immediately).. But I need your opinion, especially for those who got Static in their town. Should I take him to be a villager in my main town? or do you have any better cranky suggestion?

I don't have specific theme in my town, but I have ups & downs in my relationship with crankies: I like Gruff & Del a lot but I really don't like Rizzo at all, although they're both cranky. And I'm sure it's not because I like the appearance of one, but it's because of how the conversation goes and the slightly differences in personalities :/

Any opinions? Or maybe I could visit someone's DA to have a little convo with him?

I have Grizzly as a cranky, and I think he's super sweet! Octavian is new to my town, but he's pretty awesome too!

YAY!! I have him in one of my gamecube towns and I personally think he's one of the nicer crankies in my opinion. If not static, i'd go for Chief.

I like Static. I always find it weird that the cranky voice comes out of a tiny squirrel though. I have Fang and he fits cranky well.

He was one my 5 starting villagers and the second last to move out, he was in a weird spot. He was my favorite along with Jeremiah. I would definitely get him if I were you!

Static is awesome! If I remember correctly I had him in Let's Go to the City, and he is a really cool and nice villager. I think you should get him; you could always move him out later if you decide to have another villager.

Dude, he is a squirrel with a LIGHTNING BOLT ON HIS HEAD. 'Nuff said.
Plus, he reminds me of Static [Shock], the DC superhero c: also known as Virgil Hawkins.

Static lived in my old town right next to Marshal. I really liked him a lot. He was really sweet! I think you should get him.

Thank you everyone for the input! I think I'll get Static for my town. He's so smaaall and it is so funny to hear that grumpy voice out of him lol and if I ever find that he didn't fit me, I can always find another cranky based on suggestions here thanks a lot!
