Static is moving on the 28th and I'd like to trade him for Poppy or Peck.

I can TT to his move out date but you'll need to give me some time to water my hybrids and change my town ordinance to Perfect Town again, so I don't lose them.

He doesn't have his original shirt, and his house is not in its original state either.
