Starting a Cycling town

Okay~ possibly long and boring, sorry.

> there must be 9 villagers for one to move out.
> building a campsite makes it easier to get popular villagers
> you do NOT need to unlock anything for villagers to move out. You just need to have heard the 'beginning' dialogue (the villagers giving instructions)
> TTing 5-by-5 works well.

by TTing 5 by 5 do you mean going forward 5 days and back five days?

Here you go :)

Cycling advice
Wait untill you have 9 villigers, (by TTing of course) then you can start the process
I like to go 4 days and only talk to one villiger (preferably a not so popular one as they will be less likely to move out cause your talking to them) a bunch each time you TT. Then eventually they'll mention so and so is thinking of leaving.
If you want you can go find so and so and find out what day they are moving. This can be helpful so you don't TT past the moving date, but it might make you have to power off your game a few times if they are picky and want to become "better friends"
There's more i can write and talk about, but this is what I do

Oop, sorry to pop in, but do you need to pay the 10k on your house to make it, uh... A house? Or get 100% approval rating? I made a huge mistake last night in starting too early and also using an incorrect method and wow it was a mess. I'm also guessing Beautiful ordinance isn't required unless you don't want the whole place to look horrifying.

As for me, I actually TT 3 days after someone moves out, then just go day by day. I'm... immensely slow. But I was also trying to be careful. Going backwards counts as one day, no matter what. I just kept repeating February over and over again, since apparently going from the 28th to the first counts as one day? Not sure why.
