After almost 4+ months of not playing animal crossing, I decided to jump back into the rabbit hole. I lost interest in the game back in June due to not having anyone to play with, and gifted my game to my younger cousin.
I saw the announcement of AC:Switch and immediately began to scream. I thought to myself, "I NEED TO PLAY ACNL ONCE AGAIN!."
I got my cousin's "okay" to reset her town, and sold it. I can't wait to see what's in store for me in this new town. Did anyone else start a new town/start playing ACNL again after seeing the switch announcement?
I started a while before the announcement was made, but I reset my town in anticipation of it. I really like the beginning stages of making a town, and being able to experience that again was fun. 10/10 would do again, if I end up hating my map.
I haven't started a new town since hearing the Switch announcement. I already have 21 active towns, lol, and just cannot manage one more. I'd love to, since my goal is to meet up with each and every villager the game has to offer, but there's just not enough time in the week for one more town. I had Anicotti in my igloo today and remembered when I had her back in the original Animal Crossing. She lived right by the sea against the left wall of town. I loved when they could live there. Coco lived along the beach as well. It actually made me want to go back and make new towns for those games!
As of now, I'm sorta boycotting Switch games in protest of the online thing, so I'm not planning on getting AC Switch, but I've recently restarted my second cartridge after finally ordering the Sanrio cards!
