I love the Star Wars series and yes you are going to be seeing a lot of it because of the new movie that just came out. However, the amount of advertising on products for it has really gotten out of hand. Can somebody please explain this?

Star Wars has almost always gotten this much attention. There just hasn't been a movie in a while for people to have an excuse to cram it down our throats.


I don't like Star Wars, but I think one of the things that bugs me the most is that a lot of people are like "oh, I'm sick of seeing Frozen!" "Twilight is everywhere and I hate people liking things I don't like"...But you dare to say the same about Star Wars.

I saw it on Thursday and it had a definite Disney feel to it but it was a perfectly acceptable addition to the 6 existing movies. They broke a ton of canon but if you actually have a life, unlike me, you won't even know lmao
