Not entirely sure, but you could try visiting someone's town who has her if you don't and she should give you one. I've yet to meet a person who got something different from her the first time. yeah, i'm pretty sure you always get star wand. my friend actually didn't get a big star fragment on his first time though.
i can also craft a bamboo wand, a little harry potter wand (just "wand"), or a mum wand btw!
