Stack of gifts question.

I keep seeing towns with a stack of gifts. Some in different colors, so I assume they are customizable. I've googled numerous times to find out how to get them, but can't find anything. They don't seem to be part of the festive diy's either. I was hoping someone might have info on this.

Yep. It requires 1 cardboard box, 3 red wrapping papers, and 1 wooden-block toy (which you need to craft first).
It can be customized. It has 7 variations.
