You can't before you try it :/ When you buy codes and items like that on TBT just look at wifi ratings Do not trade with people that have none unless they send you the code first.

No thats a lie. You can trade with new members with no rating. If they dont send you the code or teh code doesnt work and then they refuse to give you back the tbt contact a mod...
