There can be more than one person reserving the same villager unless that villager has a paid reservation :)

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that you could take me off of the lurker list for Diana, Fauna, and Marshal. thanks for keeping tabs though :) but also I was wondering if I could reserve Beau and lurk for Bam and Cheri :3

And for villagers I don't have yet will cost 50TBT (refundable) to reserve {I'm going to transfer that from the rules to the first post}
