How do you do spoilers? I've seen them lots before but I don't know how to do them.

You do:
[ SPOILER] (Without the space) then to end it do [/ SPOILER] (Again without the space)

 

[Locket]

In additiion, [ SPOILER=text]and text for the in side here[/ SPOILER](no spaces also)

Example:
