It's Onklong, you had it right the first time.
I still don't know my way around it.
I keep getting lost and realizing I've walked to the enemy spawn zone before running away quickly.

It's symetrical in a diagonal instead of a a horizontal line/vertical line cut across teh map. It cuts through the big circle platform in the middle and them replicates your side, if that helps or even makes sense...
That makes no sense. It's just a big circle to me, which is why I get confused.
I still like it though :3
Hopefully it doesn't get spammed like hell to the point of it being the only map I really see.
I kind of got sick of Port Mackerel because of that and I really liked it at first.

Just remember that all maps are symmetrical. Number one rule of Splatoon!
KD is really huge though. I mean it's probably just as big as the other stages but because it's a dome there's a lot more open space. The only thing I don't like is when the battle's over and you go to the overhead view. It hurts my eyes looking at the ink through the dome lol.
By the way, what time of day did the Octoling battle in Kelp Dome take place? Evening or something? I hope we get to see some evening maps. Or maybe they can do the thing where the maps change to reflect your time of day. Definitely not impossible since they've been good about which screens see what, y'know?

Sooo close to finally unlocking Ranked Battles. I've been on vacation and working since I got the game, so I've only had about 3 serious sessions with the game, but I'm loving it. The Splattershot Jr. is my main weapon (and probably will be since it fits my playstyle so well. I also managed to get in a few matches with Luffy tonight and we kicked butt, haha.

Why do chargers lag so bad? Someone was firing at me in KD and kept missing so I was able to kill them. Then I walked away and was inking the ground for like three seconds before I exploded and was killed by the charger person. By then they had respawned and were all the way back at their base. Wtf?
Also since when does an Aerospray without any Damage upgrades kill in two hits? I wish this game was a bit more consistent lol
