Splatoon Splatoon General Discussion (HYPE THREAD)

So I saw someone who looked like he was hacking today.

Might've just been lag but he started firing ink a second or two before the match started...
 
Ok so I came to decision! I will buy Splatoon the end of July or sooner if I manage to get a job this summer.
 
Splatoon is so great because like

I just felt like playing Splatoon but it's late right now

So I just went and played one match, won, then stopped. It's awesome that you can play this game in either short bursts or long periods of time.
 
Just reached level 20. It's kind of impossible when you're working 48 hours a week.
 
I've gotten two bad rerolls on my school uniform. I really should wait for Splatfest for this sort of thing, but I wanted to wear it as soon as possible. </3

I'm level 20, though, and I have all the items from the normal story mode.
 
Oh snap. I didn't know you could re-roll stuff, I had over 100k so I spent it all just buying all the weapons. Now I really regret doing that.

If you have all 3 slots and they all have skills, Spyke will reroll for 30K for each try once you reach level 20.

EDIT: Before I forget, he will reroll all 3 sub slots, so be wary of the ones you reroll. My two rerolls were not kind to me, but I at least had 1 ability I liked on the initial set up.

time to play splatoon again :p not sure if I want to rank up to B+/A- or do reg turf wars.
 
I gave up with ranked. I was constantly going from C+ to B- and it got frustrating :/

I'm still at C-. I can't get above 70 points then get knocked back down to about 30 points. I prefer turf wars anyway, so it's no real biggie. XD
 
I was in the same boat for the c+ to b- back and forth thing, but didn't help that two communication errors lost me 20 points.

But right now I gave up.. I was at 99 points so CLOSE to B+.. (I got 99 an odd number bc a random A+ got paired on my team and they were gone from battle, we still almost won, but lost and only got deducted -1 point. imo I wish it was 0 bc one more person and we could have won) Anyway I won and lost over and over for 2 hours, now I'm at 79 for B when I started at 80 :/
