I got to level 20! woo hoo.

I bought the Gold Dynamo Roller, but tbh it's not for me. The time between holding up the roller and it going onto the ground takes longer than the other rollers. It's hard to push around, you have to keep holding it up and then waiting for it to hit the ground. It's also quite slow. I'm just gonna stick with my Aerospray.

Which Aerospray do you use? I have the golden one to use because i like the ink strike too much hahah!

Same here, RG user. I like the MG, but the inkstrike is real handy sometimes. I do wish we had Seekers though ;-;

Yeaah the mines suck sometimes, i would prefer the sprinkler to be honest but seekers are nice too of course. It would be a rather overpowered weapon even for ranked battles if it had seekers hahah! By the way. care for a new Wii U friend? I am kind of lonely on the Wii U atm xD
 
No wonder people are getting so many easy points. I looked in a thread on Gamefaqs about people's top scores and they each said they used the Aerospray RG/MG. I decided to unlock it and give it a try. It was much less of an effort getting points than some of the other guns. I hate the idea of a best weapon, but this thing really racks up points better than any of the other ones I've used.

Yeah, Nintendos twitter asked about peoples best scores in games, and nearly everyone was saying they used aerospray ~ one person was in the 1900s too!


Also, to unlock the amiibo minigames ~ like the squid jumper game while loading online, do you need to complete the amiibo challenges? I'm guessing so cause I couldn't find out how to do it. But I'm currently dragging out the story mode so probably won't get it for months yet. D:

I gave the RG a try and really didn't like it. I get splatted with it all the time but it's so weak that it takes forever to splat someone with. To me it's great for turf wars but not so great for offensive play.
 
If you check out the guide or ebook there are 2-3 new stages coming and a new game mode. Capture the flag/tower?
Also about 10 new weapons.

I'm so salty towards aerospray users yet I know I'm going to be using them once they're available lol
 
I'm going to have a bath and then once I'm done I'm gonna add everyone in the ID section and then binge play splatoon whilst rewatching attack on titan ^^

It's the second to last row of challenges that unlocks the mini game, aka the fourth boss for amiibo challenges.

1st boss = hat
2nd boss = outfit
3rd boss = shoes
4th boss = minigame
5th boss = weapon

At least that's the order of stuff I got with the female amiibo being completed!

My favorite wins are when I think I've lost but actually win by 1% or less

Also I'm a really aggressive player so I hate being the one left behind to ink my base and defend against 2 splat rollers with a splattershot, while the rest of my team is trying to push ahead but getting their asses kicked

This happened once, so in the last minute of the match I just kinda said screw it and went on the offensive. We still lost but at least I somewhat evened it out

Oh noo i imagine the final boss to be impossible with the alternative amiibo weapons... Is it like, do-able or is it more like near to impossible?
