Just checked, regular Dynamo Roller has the sprinkler as a sub, and Echolocator as the special.
I switch weapons a lot, so I think my highest point total on a weapon was over 50,000 on the .96 Gal.

Ranked battles suck when you get put on a team that thinks it's a turf war. I always go into these battles and the map always ends up looking like it was a turf war. Paint should only be on a path to the splat zone and the splat zone itself. -~-
Well you can paint the other areas to get your special which can be really useful but yea, I know what you mean. You can kinda tell when somebody is trying to fill their special for an attack and when they're just being useless.

Even so, doesn't painting over the enemy's ink offer more of a boost to the special gauge than inking the walls?
But I know what you mean. First battle I had no idea what I was doing and thought we were supposed to claim several "zones" aka sections of the map. Good thing I'm a quick learner lol
Yea, I don't think the walls give many points at all (as far as I've noticed anyway). I only ever ink them when I want to swim up them or stop an enemy from easily getting up them.
I kinda had something similar. I thought the zone was going to change periodically around the map rather than it being in a static place all the time (since it usually does in other games) so I was unsure to whether or not I should spread ink in other places as preparation for when the zone changes. Luckily I chose not to do that and found it stays in the same place

I don't think they give hardly any points. But when I said inking walls, I meant y'know like covering the field and stuff.
On that note, don't you hate it when you're sniping up high and someone from the other team sneaks up behind you? I know that's good strategy and all but like I get mad at my team for not knocking them out before they can get to me.

Walls don't give you any points at all, only the floor (and ramps). Same thing with Turf Wars, so if you've been doing that, you ain't gettig any points.
I wasn't sure. I knew they gave you little enough for it not to be worth doing though (outside of climbing them). The few points I saw musta' been some spray that hit the floor

Hacks! Seriously though this point system is all over the map. And the only thing worse than it is being on the winning team with less than 10 seconds left and being slapped with a connection error. <_<;
I've gotten to B- twice now, I fell far after this morning, crashed down to C+ 45, Now I'm on B- 50 (should be 58-62 if the game didn't disconnect!)
And the 2nd of June shall hencefourth be named Port Mackerel day. I actually played up to level 4 in single player earlier to get a break from it. In 15 minutes it should be something else though, it's been paired with every other arena
