Splatoon Splatoon General Discussion (HYPE THREAD)

I hit level 10 finally just before taking a break for dinner. Up to level 8 I was dominating and I think I lead the match for all but 2 matches and consistantly got over 1000.
And then I hit some downhill slide when the stages changed. I don't think the roller likes Arowana and bellyback as much as the other stages. I did do alright (/as well as I usually would xD) with splattershot on them though.
 
I'm level 9, the game is absolutely amazing, but I hate how the Japanese can just annihilate you because they've had it for a longer period of time. Loving Arowana Mall more than I though I would and I don't like Blackbelly Skatepark at all even though it looked like a good stage.
 
One question, when do you start unlocking more clothing?. I'm at level 7 now, got the weapons and stuff but nothing in the other stores.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Blackbelly Skatepark. If I was using a different weapon other than the roller though I assume I'd probably like it more. Arowana Mall is fun though! I didn't like it the first couple of times but it grew on me quickly.

I think it's like the Abel sisters store in AC, where it's new clothing everyday. Don't forget you can order stuff via Spike using the mii's you've seen in game. I've already ordered some stuff. Downside is that Spike doesn't get it until tomorrow. XD

Yeah, I think it's like that. I ordered some cream basic shoes from someone I saw walking around the plaza, so I'll get it tomorrow.

Tina: Who you playing with?. If possible, I'll come and play later.

He/she (what is it?) said they only get one item in every day. Do we know how that item's chosen yet? Do you get the first one you ordered or do you get to pick between the three items you've got on order?

Added you both now, I'll probably be playing for most of the night now to so do join if you see me! Made a change playing against people I knew. :P

And I am the master of landing infront of people right as they shoot to get them more splats. I do remember doing it to you. :P

I think Spike is a guy... And I don't think we do know how that item is chosen. Information shall be given as we all take part in 'squid research' XD

Meanwhile, I'm going to add people. I want friends to play with on this game if possible. XD
 
I'd like to know about that too. I'm kind of hoping that it's every 4 hours when the stages change, but I didn't order until after the last change. S:
Also, I've bought out all the shops already and have 20k still burning a hole in my pocket. :P
 
(Wants to go back on Splatoon but parents watching TV) I curse my charger lead for not working randomly earlier today. I had to stop playing until my dad could fix it. This let my mum watch TV and my plan was to get back on when my dad fixed it....well he fixed it several hours ago and I'm still watching boring programs.... *sigh* Well, there goes my day of splatoon.... Stuck at level 8 now until Sunday where I can claim the TV for the morning at least and pray we stay in all day. XD

I swear I would be level 10 or 12 by now if my charger lead didn't temporarily die.
