Spending ALL day on ACNH?

Considering everything around me is still closed and there is no where to go I’m pretty much around my switch all day. Acnh is the closest I get to fresh air and sun anymore

Still under community quarantine so I spend all day on my switch specially since I restarted my island and tt back to June but I've caught up to July now. The only time I probably let go of it is when I have to charge my pro con or sleep lol

When I first got the gam back in April I don’t think I put it down for a good day or two. I like to change things up on my island and never really have a finished island but it gives me more to do and then sometimes I will spend more time on forums like these then the game itself but hen go on there every so often to trade or see other islands

I haven't played continuously ALL DAY since I would get a headache, but I do have my switch on me for most of the day. I'll turn it on and off throughout the day depending on when inspiration strikes me.

Yeah, I get that. I usually just keep it on me to check up on my town (check thought bubbles, pins, etc) after I do my morning rounds.

I've played for many hours in one day, but I can never do an entire day. I get tired after a while, especially since I have been playing a lot more lately lol.

I can't do it; I get bored cause I feel like already I've done daily tasks and I get burnt out really easily. I can play for 3-4 hours at best: it's been the same with every AC game I've owned. I haven't unlocked terraforming yet though so this may change...?

Earlier on there were definitely some days where I did little else aside from play NH. I'm still playing it a ton throughout the day most days, but there are plenty of long breaks as well.

This game was my job for the first two months, I was on from when I woke up to when I went to bed. Things are way slower now and I only play for an hour or two most days

i don’t think i’ve ever done this, not even when the game first came out aha. i definitely prefer picking up and putting down the game periodically throughout the day so that i don’t burn myself out too much and so that i still get to do other things that i need or want to do aha. but props on sticking to it for so long! i bet you’re exhausted aha ;u;

Ugh I just did this today. I haven't played in ages. I was taken away from being able to for a while due to a few personal complications, and so I've left the game untouched since April. I came back a few times but got frustrated because I couldn't remember what I had been working towards and I fell out of love with my town due to how difficult it was to navigate and how much of a piece of work it was mid-construction. I was heavily considering restarting it, but I dreaded doing that because I had gathered so many furniture items. My best friend had gifted my Audie too, with a lot of hard work on cycling her out without Amiibo cards and so I would feel horrible to just throw that away! and I'm sure that she would be kind of offended. So I decided to figure out what I wanted my town to look like. I spent 4 hours looking at inspiration pictures lol. And then I got to work, now I'm finally terraforming it. I decided to start TTing just through June so I didn't have to miss the wedding event, and it's taking me a while but idk. I guess everyone deserves a day off just to play a video game like that? Hopefully I don't do it again tomorrow but I have a feeling I will lol! When I get into this game I find it very easy to get hyperfixated on it.
