why so high for the pink house? Just curious I got mine for 1 k and it says the avg is 1.3. I would love another but not for 2k good luck on it though wish I could get it. :

Right now the guide price is ranging from 900-2k, and since pink houses are really special to me I decided to put it on the higher side of the range. Also there aren't many pink house for sale, and mine is the cheapest atm.

Right now I have an offer for 1.7k + pumpkin cupcake, so I would need 2.1+ to be persuaded.
