Okay let's try this again and not screw up.

This is a cycling town with the name of my old town. Wi-Fi ratings are very much appreciated!

Current Rules
​

• I am auto-voiding all villagers that I get except the following: Kabuki, Willow, Chief and Mira. All are reserved.
• If you would like a villager that is not listed above, tell me so I won't auto-void them.

Better read this, it's important. ​

• Tier 1 and 2 villagers will be exchanged for bells. All others are for free.
• You have 25 minutes to adopt a Tier 3 villager and 15 minutes to adopt a villager under Tier 3. When times up and I can't find anyone, I will void the villager.
• Once you have a villager they are yours and not mind. Feel free to do what you wish with them.
• I don't hold villagers, so make sure you have room.
• You can reserve any villager from tiers 3-5, just make sure you're present in case they decide to move out. If you don't come in twenty minutes, I'll look for someone else for the remaining five.
• Try to hurry when you're here please.
• Lurk and converse as you see fit on this thread.
• Also note I'm new to this so I'll try my hardest not to void anyone by mistake.
• Using the TBT popularity thread by Houndoomed to determine popularity.

Concerning Tier 1 and 2 Villlagers

• 
  [*=left]For the sake of faster, more efficient cycling, I have changed the auction rule. Instead of auctioning these more popular villagers off, I will treat them just as I would treat Tier 3, 4 and 5 villagers.
  [*=left]You may reserve these villagers but make sure you are there in case they move out. If they move out and you are not available to adopt them, I will look for someone else. You have thirty minutes to come get your villager.
  [*=left]Of course they guys aren't free, (sorry!) but as long as your offer sounds fair (usually over a million bells) I will accept it and you can successfully reserve your villager.
  [*=left]However, if two people want to reserve a villager at around the same time the person with dreamie proof in their signature and/or a higher bid will get the reservation.
  [*=left]I refuse to void any Tier 1 or Tier 2 villagers.

I would suggest using an increment so people can't bid up by just one bell. It prevents a bidding war with people going:
7k + 1 bell!
7k + 2 bells!
7k + 3 bells!
I'd suggest an increment of 50k since that's all your starting with.

Getting rid of the three day auction rule because I don't want auctions to last too long.

Anyway, Merengue is moving out! That means it's auction time! Remember bidding starts at a million bells! The auction will last until tomorrow 4:00 PM unless I feel it should go on for longer! Please had reasonable increments too! Lowest increment is 500k, highest... no limit. I'm sorry this is Merengue for pete's sake I want all of the bells I can get.

Just do a simple increment like 100k. Some people do 500k. Just keep at a nice, simple number.
