"Special" furniture

What are all of the "Special furniture" so to speak in the game? Like the bamboo grass, lovely phone, ABD/7-11 ABD. You know, like furniture you press and a little text box with some special stuff come up.

Trashcans i think display text asking what you want to throw away if there's something you need to throw away like rotten fruit/trash without paying Reese a fee to dispose it.

Special furniture? Probably the Japanese and other foreign DLC's because they're unorderable. The ones you're speaking if are interactive, I suppose.
