Spawning gullivar... fail

Si I recently saw a thread here that said on the day gullivar is on the beach to change the clocks back to start a new day and that he would be there again.. well I wasn't able to find the thread but when I tried to do that today he just dissapeared but reds ship showed up

he should be there if a new week (for npc’s) hasn’t started yet, which is monday. if you’ve reached monday & went back, there will be new npc’s for that week.

It was the 20th and so after I gave him his communicator I set the clocks back to 458 to start a new day at 5 am and a new day indeed started but gullivar was gone

The 20th was a monday. You can't roll a new monday otherwise it's new npcs
