I've never met anyone who hates pizza, lol.

But I'd have to go with mac n' cheese. Even though I love both.

It really depends if you're having them plain or not. Straight out, Mac 'n Cheese wins, but spaghetti has a wider variety of garnishes that led me to vote for it. What CAN you add to Mac 'n Cheese, anyways?
