I like minestrone soup a lot, but I don’t have soup often, I don’t find it filling enough for me.
I recently had a really lovely fish soup in Portugal though! It was fishy and tomatoey and very savoury.

i love soups!! my favourites would probably be butternut squash soup and rice porridge. they're so cozy, hearty and warm, and honestly perfect for the fall and winter season right now. speaking of which, i should probably make some in the following months to enjoy!

I LOVE soup! Can't go wrong with Italian Wedding Soup (which is my FAVORITE)! Or, maybe chicken noodle. OR, during the fall, I love loaded potato soup!

My grandparents learned not to eat any soups made from wild mushrooms after my mom’s grandmother poisoned all three of them.
I've had miso soup before and that's delicious as well! After googling, apparently the name is "Japanese Clear Soup". Has mushrooms in it.Miso soup?
