My villager Cookie is freaking leaving, I got so upset when I turned on my game and Isabelle broke the awful news. I know this is just a game, but you still manage to grow an attachment to these little game animals. Cookie was so positive, peppy, and upbeat. It always put me in a good mood talking to her. She was honestly one of my favorite villagers, this is the first time I've ever been this upset about someone moving out of my town :'( she's in boxes already so now it's too late to stop her. They should have kept it where you could still talk them out of moving, even when they've packed their things (you could do this in Wild World). *Sigh* At least I have her picture to remember her by...

It's so sad when villagers you were on good terms with leave, and even more when you haven't been told. But you can always look for someone who is willing to hold Cookie for you and then you can go through the 16-villager cycle to get her back. Good luck!

I know how you feel. I lost Julian, Merengue and Diana and there was nothing I could do to stop them from leaving. But you can still get her back if you cycle out another 16 villagers just like what i'm doing. c:

My first town called zenowl I erased that town
Because I dint knew much back then and only had 1 official dreamie in my town aurora she left me I was broken until she finished in my bf town I erase just to get her back quickly and now I'm happy that I have the same aurora back <3
Aurora and savannah just make me so happy

Yes, maybe I've also been thinking about buying a digital copy of the game. Cycling would be a good way too though, just like all the other suggested.
