FYI and anyone else that cares, as I saw no one mention it just yet, this option is only possible if you open camera mode and select the sit option (and this took almost 3 years to add)

though when your starting to sit down, you ‘slide’ before getting into that position, it’s not like NH where the animals ‘flop‘ before sitting. its like a poltergeist xD

also, to add on, the bobba tea is an accessory (like umbrellas/purses etc) nothing like you can hold/drink like brewsters to-go coffee in nl

Mobile and console market are both different things.

Honestly, mobile games tend to become profitable because there's a constant cash flow for every release or update. Meanwhile, people tend to go berserk if Nintendo releases a paid update in the console version. At the end of day, there's a reason why the mobile version gets all the latest innovations. It rakes more money by people paying in small transactions rather than having to pay for the game once and receive free updates as time goes by.

I would really just love to be able to sit with my villagers. They love to sit randomly around my island instead of on my benches.

i don't play pocket camp anymore but from what i saw they have a lot of cool stuff over there in general and i really wish we had them in new horizons as well. it's a bit of a bummer that we don't have cool items like wings we can wear for example. i know that pc is a mobile game and they have microtransactions but i think new horizons should be a bit more polished than it is as of now... we don't even have all regular items we had in new leaf.

This is not an exact fix, but if you carry around a cushion or zen cushion in your pocket in New Horizons, you can place it on the ground to sit next to a villager.

I mean, I think people are just trying to remind you that there's no guarantee any of that stuff is getting added. I mean, it'd be awesome if they did, but some people seem to be trying to hold off enjoying the game until it has EVERYTHING that previous/spin-off games did... and that seems silly to me. Obviously there are things that can be added and would be fun, but there's plenty to enjoy as is. I'd much rather focus on that then what it's "missing".

I'm not sure if this helps anyone or not, but when I want to sit with my villagers I get a zen cushion, place it close to them, then sit down with them.

oh no. tbh i also talked about it before. but just because we don’t mention it, doesn’t mean we don’t know it. i don’t think it had to be said each & every time to prove a point. just because people ask or want stuff, doesn’t mean we’re not aware why pocket camp is getting those items.

i mentioned it in the first place because there’s always a little bit of a tone when people have said that. i’m not saying everyone did, but it kinda doesn’t sit right with me that people would rather find something negative for a bunch of people simply liking stuff

like, someone on this thread talked about earrings or wigs. i don’t think it’s really impossible for a future update to have something like that. none of us work for nintendo so no one can really say for certain that they won’t add this or that.

anyway, i can live without it though. i don’t think we’re saying we don’t like the stuff acnh got. why am i still on this website trading then? acnh will always have a bit of hype every time they will announce an update and that’s that.

but i agree, i don’t think acpc is better. it’s gonna be hard to find someone who thinks it’s better tbh lol. they have some good stuff, that’s it. like if it was better, i’d still be playing it.
