You know how you all thought then PS3 was overpriced? You're all wrong. (including me)

They lost over 3 billion in the production of the PS3. $600 wasn't even enough to cover the cost of production of one PS3.

well, most consoles cost more to produce than they sell them. They mainly get their money from Software sales, seeing as once a game has been made, it costs the price of a disc to make one copy, which is sold for $60.

But, Sony also failed at the software game, so they're deep in it.
