CAMERA ANGLES. <_<

The camera angles aren't bad at all... Maybe in a few games *coughSonic'06cough* but most of the 3D games have good cameral control. People just exaggerate. They always have to find something to complain about, because they don't like the idea of a 3D Sonic. I have no idea why. I didn't find the 2D games nearly as fun as the 3D ones.

yeah, the camera angles ARE that bad, unless you like falling off of the stage...

and I have no problem with a 3d sonic, I actually liked sonic adventure 1 and 2, in spite of the terrible camera, but I totally lost interest after that.

The 2d games were simpler, faster, and way more fun...

The lame storylines and billions of excessive characters of the 3d games have really taken down the franchise, imo

The camera angles have NEVER been a problem for me... And I'd rather have a story than no story. The 2D games were pretty much straightforward with no real plot. Sonic 3 (& Knuckles) did have a good story, but without animated cutscenes, it's just not as good. And why do people hate all the characters? :gyroidconfused: I love the all the diverse personalities. Sonic characters are the best...

2D Sonic was NOT faster than the 3D ones, replay Sonic 1 and then tell me it's fast, the old Sonic wasn't fast they just offered more faster gameplay than most sidescrollers, Sonic didn't get fast until Sonic Adventure.

Unleashed seems to be the fastest of all.
I really enjoyed playing sonic and knuckles on PC, it just seemed fun, lol.

Why all the 3D Sonic hate? I personally prefer the new Sonic games to the old ones...

Sonic R was Epic.
Sonic Adventure was Epic.
Sonic Adventure 2 was EPIC WIN.
Sonic Heroes was kinda fun.
Shadow the Hedgehog was sort of fun.
Sonic and the secret rings was kinda fun the the wii controls but gets annoying.
Sonic 06 was sort of fun but the story was epic fail.
Sonic Unleashed is awesome.

R was win.
SA1 and SA2 was very much win.
Heroes... ehh.
I liked killing Sonic and friends in Shadow.
Secret Rings was complete failure.
I'm debating still whether I want to play a game with SILVER in it.
Unleashed is cool, but the Werehog thing pisses me off.

And I love the 2D games.

In my opinion, Sonic is a complete failure of a series.
I mean...they don't seem to get anything right.

They DID something right, and they continued to do more and more until they became *CEN-2.0-SORD*.
And for some reason they can't find their way back.
