Wasn't impressed with the trailer and after watching it a few times, my opinion hasn't really changed. Gameplay looks okay but I'm not digging this cylindrical style they have going, it's like the worst of 3D Mario (and some Sonic) games meshed together with the best of some of Sonic's more recent games. Like Colors, liked Generations, and liked the daytime levels of Unleashed but Lost Worlds isn't appealing to me right now. Maybe if I get my hands on a demo or something it'll change.

Looks like the game won't be getting any support from me. I've gotten really tired of the lack of characters, keeps me pretty bored. I guess that's what happens when most people prefer only Sonic being playable.

I think this is supposed to be a "re-do" of Sonic Xtreme.

I wouldn't mind playing as other if Sega could fine tune it just right, a big part of why I liked Sonic Adventure 2 was because of the variety it had. Sonic 06 had other people but the game sucked hard. They just need to do a Adventure 3 of sorts again.

I like the look of this game though. Especially since it feels like Sonic Xtreme. I'm going to be getting the game at some point.

I think it looks great. I can see how it looks like Super Mario Galaxy but that doesn't bother me. I haven't played many of the recent Sonic games but I do want too. Sonic just isn't on my top priority on games I need.

Agree, they need to do another big Sonic game again. It's probably what the series deserves now.

But really, they need to stop reusing old levels; Pretty sure i saw another Green Hill Zone in that trailer.

They do, otherwise Sega would be deviating from the formula and we would rain down from the heavens a mighty and angry chorus of disapproval.

I just haven't enjoyed a Sonic game since SAB2. I get that they're playing it safe, but IMO they've been doing that for over half a decade now.
