Something Weird Happened... Help?

I made a new file and just got done talking to Isabelle for the first time... I'm the 3rd human Resident. I looked at my bottom screen and saw the Best Friends Menu.
I clicked on it.
I saw Amelia from Mystivil. I clicked on her TPC
It reads "So you say I'm nice..."
She is from the United States

Registered Feb. 19, 2017
She is not the mayor.
Her pic is girl with floaty fairy in the forest hair, brown, and the emotion Mishtief (I can't spell)

Am I being hacked? Plz help, I don't even have my TPC yet.
She is not online.

Not so familiar with hacking so I?m Not sure if they can infiltrate friends lists lol but BFFs can only be added if this person physically enters your town and you both click add bff... you shouldn?t receive their info on newer file saves because they don?t have the TPC yet (unless I?m remembering incorrectly and you don?t need it to add bffs) Do you remember a person like that entering your town and trading with you at any point? If you?re real worried, maybe you can do a friend list purge. Delete her off your bff list (there?s an option that says erase) and delete friend codes off your 3ds system that you don?t know. That will at least prevent them from messaging you when you?re both online.

Really weird. People have done increasingly weird things with homebrew.
