Something weird going on with HHA

My house is fully paid off, I'm working on my theme challenge, and according to Lyle I'm at 170,000 points. So why haven't I gotten my gold house model? I though you got that at 150,000 or higher. What gives, otter? Where's my prize

Yes. But once you get the prize, you can do it again, and I don't think you'll lose progress anyway, if you keep all the same furniture in there.
