Buying Someone to place a QR in my town

I need someone to create a shirt for me to put in my able sisters! I can pay in IGB or TBT (tell me how much tbt I need. I can save up or owe you!)

I don't have the QR yet and I am impatient!

hey! im sorry to say this but unless the visitor to your town made the design themselves, they are unable to put it in your able sisters
