Block and report them. They probably just collected this information by lurking your public profiles.
With a true doxxing they would have a lot more information, like your exact address, full name, phone numbers, etc.

Look, you have personal information on public profiles on the internet. Clearly, Someone has gone through your parents facebook profiles and gathered this information on you. Just report them and block them. If you don't want people to know you play piano, don't post it online :\
