Somehow my town is worth 11 million when I literally have no money in this game

Before anyone panicks (I doubt anyone panicked) I was just checked how much Alubarna was worth, I didn't restart and was shocked to see that it was 11 million. How is that even possible? I have 0 bells in my account and like 10k on me.
