Some villagers need new clothes

Between my two towns I want to have each villager in a different outfit, but have not decided on 7 of them...

These villagers I have in the outfits I want so far:
Mira: Red Zap Suit
Julian: Ninja Shirt (Ninja Unicorn...IN....SPACE!)
Drago: Dragon Suit
Euegene: ...whatever his starting one is....
Clay: Imperial Shirt
Phoebe: Flame Shirt
Bertha: Explorer tee

I have plans for the following:
Rory - Red Letter Jacket
Lucky - Mummy shirt
Amelia - Pilot Suit (Gee I wonder why....)
Stitches - Aurora Knit Shirt
Tammi (When I eventually get her) - Blue Zap Suit


I need help deciding on ones for Hopper, Hans, Ankha, Anabelle, Biff, Octavian, and Tucker

I'm sorry that I can't help, because I don't really know what to suggest. I often like to use something for all my villagers, like a uniform (Like the prep school uniform). Meringue might look cute in the Lacy Tank or the Pink Tank. I personally prefer her in the Chef outfit though.

Just got Bertha in an Explorer Tee, and it looks rather nice!

I'll keep Merengue in the Chef outfit, but still need help with the others.

Hm, I've been looking through some shirt catalogs and here are my suggestions.

Hopper - Any of the letter jackets, cafe uniform, fish tee, and pleather vest.
Hans - Red flannel shirt, snowy sweater.
Ankha - I couldn't really choose for her, her default outfit suits her so well I just don't know ;;
Anabelle - Citrus Tee, Coral Tank, Dapper Tee, Deer shirt (it's so hard because she looks really good default.)
Biff - Desert Camo Tee, Earthy knit shirt, and Gray Tank
Octavian - Green Emblem Blazer, HHA Jacket, Kung-Fu Tee, Military Uniform.
Tucker - Orange Jacket, Raglan Tee, Red Argyle Tee, Tan Puffy Vest.

I don't know a lot about fashion, so feel free to ignore any of this, but I wish you good luck! Side note, I'm sure Bertha looks cute in the shirt you chose. She's such a cutiepie.
