Hey y'all! I know I keep asking for people's advice and suggestions but I'm just so indecisive and I love hearing feedback/suggestions so.. yea

Brown = rough paths, blue = alt char houses, yellow = possible bridge reconstruction

I've attached a very very rough draft of what I might try to do with placement (the top right of the 4 red triangles on the left side is Beau, so he has to stay). Alternatively for the red triangles on the left I might just move the 2 on the bottom above Beau and whoever lands next to him and just do something else with the waterfall.

I have also attached a clean copy incase anyone has different placement suggestions.

Oh and lastly: In order to line up the villager next to Beau I need to know if it's possible to get a villager to land exactly in the spot I dug up D: Idk if it works with the rock there

I think it looks pretty good. For the villager next to Beau, I think you should be fine with the rock there.
The only thing I'd do differently maybe, is the top alt. resident's house (the one next to the campsite). I'd probably put that left of the pond near Re-Tail c:

Good luck!

That gap for the house is more than enough. I think for villager houses they only need to be 1 space away from things like rocks, stitches' house is actually only one spot away from a permanent rock in my town actually. So that's no problem.
And I agree with Eline about the top left house. I just think you'll find it too out of the way. I really hate those top corner bits in my town, they never get used. Will be find for the campsite but not for a character house (I don't think it will anyway;)). Maybe if you can move it further along, then you have one alt house on the left and one on the right by retail (which will also make things so much easier when you get a bellpoint in your house and need to buy and sell at retail).
Overall it's very nice though and I love how your villager houses will be placed

Thank you for the comments! Really appreciate it and ya ill prob do the last house around retail :) just wanted to make sure I wasnt doing anything jarringly horrible

I planned a similar spot for a villager like the one you have that is near a rock. If 1 space away from a rock is possible, I would REALLY take a long time to get them to where they are. I've resetted countless times but they never fall into the space I planned so I just gave up.
