Some help catching Arowana and time travel?

Its nearly the end of september and I need some help catching arowana as its one of the last fish I need.Could anyone tell me what its shadow looks like and what times it's available.
Also.....Does backward time travel have any negative effects on the game and if I travel a couple of months back and I travel back to the present day,will it do anything bad to my game?

Time travel will cause weeds to grow, you'll get bedhead and have to get your hair done and you'll likely lose a couple villagers.

i dont believe time traveling backwards does anything, but forwards definitely does.

I thought time traveling backwards gives you consequences like losing flowers. Or maybe cockroaches appear.
I'm not sure.

Traveling back is not as bad as traveling forward.

I think you can gain villagers while time traveling backwards, but not lose them? I don't really know that one, just from experience.

The arowana's shadow size is like the black bass/barbel steed. It's a medium-small shadow.

thanks for clearing that up, hahah. I totally missed out on the King Salmon/Salmon and I was so afraid to TT back to the beginning of September.

Villagers still ask to move out while TT'ing backwards. From my own experience, anyways.

Best time to catch it is in Jun - Sep at night. If you dont get one my one town is in July, you can come visit and fish

The Arowana fish is in the River and has a large shadow. There is a 1% chance of spawning and should appear in June til Sept 15 from 4pm to 9 am. Hope this helps.
