I'm going off of the collectible value guide, which could possibly be outdated, so that's why it's open to different prices. ^^; The date on the cherry is 6-17-17.

It’s a rare collectible. The houses in the shop are all listed at low prices, but they sell in the hundreds/thousands. Ask anyone on this site and they will tell you the same thing. In short, shop prices are no indicators of a collectible’s worth. Also, if you don’t want to spend a reasonable price on it, just don’t buy it! Have a nice day ^^
