Some advice/help

So I'm not really new to the game. I'm just still trying to figure out how to make more bells in the game. It was only recently I got some help from some friendly helpers that I was able to upgrade a lot of my town (tysm :3)
But I want to learn how to make the bells myself, I try fishing after 7pm but I don't get much, or usually get extremely bored of running in circles in the island
Should be farming more perfect fruit?
I suck at the turnip market by the way lol I tried to see which day would earn me the most and ended up losing


Anyways, any advice would be helpful!

You can plant an orchard of perfect fruit and sell it in other towns, especially when they are on premium. You can go to the island and cut all trees which are not palm trees so as to make only the most expensive beetles appear. You can also sell items here: some people may be interested in them and willing to pay a large sum for them, so you never know.

I do perfect fruit farming myself it can be pretty good if you plant a ton, best is beetles (and the odd shark) on the island after about 7pm
I don't have the patience for the turnip market haha.

island fishing is great as well.
uhm, trading your fruit for other fruit and then planting ton's of fruit that aren't native to your town is great. it's more money than your normal fruit. (don't try to plant perfect fruit that isn't native to your town tho.)
i found fossils to be a great way to make bank, but thats only if you're not into donating them all to the museum.

I am really lucky and I got an infinite perfect apple stack from a friend and my native is cherries. But you can always sell ur perfect fruit somewhere else 2!

Oh that's very nice indeed ^_^ Some nice friends I've met on here have helped me get started on farming perfect cherries, so I hope I can make more bells with that

I do know about it, but it always catches me off guard and never get the full amount of money it gives :s

you could get some apples, oranges, pears and peaches from friends / users on tbt and plant those around your town (not perfect fruit just regular) and then every 3 days in game the fruit will re-grow and you can sell it every few days. it's a good place to start.

also collect all the sea shells on your beach daily and sell those, it's not a lot of money buy i guess every little bit helps.

Sell items at retail for a high price. Find out the price of the item and X it by 4 and remove one bell. When a villager is in retail move them to the item. So ore at 2K would be 7999K.

I have one tree of each regular fruit and the rest of the fruit trees are perfect fruit.
Placed them around the event plaza, beside buildings and along the long fence. Harvest them and sell them when it's premium day in another town.

Premium bugs will be on the board in summer. You can get 12K for a Goliath Beetle at double. It's the same price as the golden stag but easier to catch. The other night my summer town had horned elephants at premium and I made some extra bells.

Beetle hunt after 7PM and with Bell Boom ordinance you'll get extra money by selling! When you've saved up a good amount of money then you can remove the bell boom ordinance and put like Beautiful Town ordinance in place
Fruit harvesting is easy too. You can check the forum to see if anyone's town has [Fruit] on Premium!

selling items here and at other online forums is a great way to make a lot of bells. many players will pay a premium, and rightfully so, as you are saving them the time of waiting for the items to show up in their town, plus you are taking the time/inconvenience of having them visit for the exchange.

Try selling more non-native/ perfect fruit, and if you check the Turnip thread here then there are lots of people who will let you come to their town!
