Mine is Murphy.
About a week or so ago I was up in the late hours of the night making him a sign, and completely skipped over the H. I didn't realize it until it was finished. I cannot tell you how hard and how long I laughed, because at 2am, "Murpy" was the funniest thing ever

Okay, this thread is adorable. 
I haven't named my turtles (yet?) because I have so many, but every time I catch one, I plan on putting them in different places around my island. I have a "mountain" with waterfalls and a fountain on top and it has four turtles on it. I like to call it Turtle Island, even though it's technically not surrounded by water on the back side.
I also have a turtle that hangs out on top of a barrel near my town square. If people visit my island to visit Nook's Cranny, you kind of have to walk past it (if you're going the quickest route) but it's surrounded by so much stuff, it may get lost.

How have I never thought of naming my turtle!!! Oh god now I gonna name the two tarentulas I'm keeping and the sea butterfly and the coelacanth and all the other turtles I'll catch because I don't think I'll be able to sell any of them--

Herbert has been with me since March 23rd and is a loyal member of the Amber family. He has his own small sanctuary spot next to the museum, but will give him a bigger and better home once I get the renovation going! Herbert is just as important as the rest of my animal villagers
