For a while now I've been looking to add Judy to my all-bear-cub island, but people want SO many NMT for her. I saw an auction in the New Neighbor Network section tonight with a buyout of 600 NMT!!! WHAT????

A long time member of the community saw one of my replies on a Judy sale thread, and reached out to me, (I don't know if you want to be mentioned, so I won't post your user name but You Know Who You Are!) and told me they had Judy in their town, but didn't want to keep her, and liked the idea of her joining my "Bear Cub Sanctuary". Wow! What a wonderful person in a community of (mostly) wonderful people.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Judy has a forever home on MysticReef island.

I have Maple's Amiibo, but I only want two normal villagers and June and Pekoe are my favorite bear cub normals.

Unfortunately there are no Smug bear cubs, so at some point I might invite a smug in temporarily (I'm thinking Klaus because he's a bear and he's dressed like Julius Caesar LOL)- just long enough to get that final smug reaction - Showmanship.

Wait - there's a trick? I was just planning on talking to them, giving them a gift and writing them a letter every day until they are at best friend status and give me the reaction, then kicking them out. I can easily get the smug DIYs by scanning in a smug camper every day until I have them all, so I only care about the reaction.
