The point is, the system is being bogged down. Windows 7 64-bit alone has system requirements that far exceed what your computer is providing, whilst some of that is down to the RAM, paying out for more RAM for such a minor increase in performance is a waste of time and money.
If you don't have money to get a new laptop (which is blasphemous, considering how cheap you can get them nowadays), I would suggest down-grading to 32-bit Windows 7.
1 gig in this day and age? ffs, how are you even playing minecraft? how do you expect anyone to believe those are your actual specs, or you aren't playing at 1 fps?
can windows 7 really run with 1gig? i thought 2 was the minimum recommended
who the **** sold you that computer with win7 64 bit
who
or did you download a iso or sommit? cuz i'd say that's a lot more plausible than it being sold to you with those specs. dear god that is awful.
also, on-topic i guess, i'd say you need 3gb of ram. not sure how much 64 bit is helped, but i doubt you can have more than 4 gb max. also, look at the clock speed + latency of the ram. i assume you can buy the type of ram to match your laptop.
as for your godawful cpu/"graphics card", don't expect anything past windows from that.
i hope it's a dual/quad core with that speed, if it's single core, that's pathetic. i think the decade old computer my family uses is faster than that.
integrated graphics cards aren't for gaming. they're for very basic computing, not much 3d, if anything.
i really hope you're trolling us at this point, this is really bad.
edit: for the record my specs are: dual core 2.40 ghz intel core duo
3gb ram (unsure of speed), ddr2
nvidia geforce 9800 (gt?)
1tb wd green hard drive & a 256gb i think
