So if the quality of life updates come... what's your theory on when?

LOL everyone asking where bulk crafting is, and then there is me boycotting able sisters until they add multiple clothes buying in the changing room.
Same. I just want to be able (ha) to buy all the clothes I want in one go. There's been a few times where I just didn't buy things because I didn't feel like going through the dialogue again lol.

Same lol, I also wish to be able to buy all the clothes in the shop in one go, like in real life I can buy from all the different fashion labels in one shop, so why can't I buy more than one shirt in able sisters?

that pun didn't even make sense (mine)

its a pain in the butt when im shopping for villagers ;-;

These aren't "flaws", they're design choices. Do they suck? Yes. But they're working as intended.
As far as whether or not they're flaws or "design choices" ... we can call them whatever we want lol. While it is designed that way intentionally to push people into buying Nintendo Online and adding atmospheric tedium, and I'm aware and comprehend that - I know there are no accidents here, these were curated with thought, but, I feel like most arguments for these things being the way they are straddle two sides of *what* the game is, there are arguments saying it's a money making operation and the lack of cataloging is set up because of that, and there are people who say the lack of bulk anything is to add the aspect of tedious work the game boasts as part of its vibe, part of the reason its the developer's creative baby. I'm just thinking in terms of long term playability, if they want people to continue buying online subscriptions etc etc adding these things is the way to go in the long run, because when I look back at the things that made me take long hiatuses in previous games *these* were the things. The lack of automatic fruit stacking (this is an absolute WIN in this game) etc.. etc.. detracted from the fun factor in the long haul, so a year from now when I'm set for a new subscription, who know's what will happen.

If anything I'd love just a happy medium! Let me go to my friends towns and buy NMT variations in their Resident Services, this would still drive trade, and it would be a lot easier and less stressful for people like me at least.

I FEEL you about Able's Sister's LOL, when I sat down to make this thread I ~knew~ there was something I was forgetting that had been really bothering me LOL! And that was it!

I believe there will be updates. They fixed egg spawning during Bunny Day, no?

As for when? Well.............

I expect updates to come when Nintendo finally decides to fix bugs or glitches and then add some QOL updates at the same time. Otherwise, monthly? With the monthly updates of new content
