My town is almost all female!!!

I currently have Skye, Bunnie, Kiki, Tammy, Pecan, Chevre, Merry, and Apple. Marcel just reserved a plot so his lazy self will be the only guy!! Why couldnt my only male been a cat? Lol im trying to get an all cat town and so far i only have 2! My goal is 5 girls and 5 boys (very predictable right? I know)

But has anyone else had a town of mostly one gender? I didnt even realize this until i noticed how many girls i saw and how many guy's i didnt see. :|

The female to male ratio in my main town is even. I like to pair my villagers together lol.

Kabuki, Moe, Punchy and Kid Cat are my guys.

My town usually is always split even at full capacity

I'm having the exact same problem with the exact same villager!

I tend not to worry about gender ratios though. I just go with what I like.

Almost like your town! I have a good amount of females than the males D; I will redistribute a more even ratio on my new animal crossing copies

I've got 6 girls and 4 boys. Didn't notice the ratio, just followed personality and cuteness XD

Although I've played since game release all my towns are relatively young & all of them still need PWP requests - so I've deliberately kept all personality types. Gender ratio is either even or 6-4 .
Very keen to get the Zen bell (lovely sound) & its only offered via cranky villagers.
