how long after my 100% approval rating will villagers ask to move? i have a town full of villagers i don't really want and i'd like to get them out asap.

it's been 2-3 days since then in game

Anytime. As long as you have 9 villagers. (I think the minimum is 9)

I thought it didn't matter, Del asked me to move straight after. I got a 100% approval and I had 7 villagers

I believe having 10 villagers makes it easier to villagers to move out quicker, but keep in mind if you keep it at 9 if someone moves out that'll make it 8, meaning that you'll get a guaranteed a random move in if you don't move somebody in before then. Anyways, congrats on the new town!! & wow congrats on the approval, it took me 4 days to get my approval.
